As Managing Partner at Oracle 360, I bring over 30 years of senior operational leadership experience spanning open space, civil and building construction, waste management and environmental services across the public sector. 

My career includes senior roles with the:


  • Olympic Coordination Authority
  • National Arboretum, Canberra
  • Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney
  • NSW Public Works
  • NSW local government sector


Over my 30 year career I have honed my skills in developing and managing staff and contractors in operational environments. I have also drawn on this experience during the past three years while teaching Certificate IV Government for TAFE NSW.

Operational costs continue to represent a substantial share of organisational budget.  With this and workforce capability challenges, my focus has increasingly shifted to:

With extensive experience in operational governance, leadership and strategy, I have a clear understanding of the complexities and pressures facing the public sector delivering essential services to their communities.
