About Me

As Managing Partner at Oracle 360, I bring over 30 years of senior operational leadership experience spanning open space, civil and building construction, waste management and environmental services across the public sector. 

My career includes senior roles with the Olympic Coordination Authority, National Arboretum Canberra, Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney, NSW Public Works and several local government organisations where I built deep capability in developing and managing staff and contractors in operational environments. Drawing on this experience, I have been teaching the Certificate IV in Government for NSW TAFE since 2023.

As operational costs continue to represent a substantial share of organisational budgets, and workforce capability challenges persist, my focus has increasingly shifted to streamlining processes, addressing skills gaps, and strengthening the effectiveness of operational service delivery across the public sector.

With extensive experience in operational governance, leadership and strategy, I have a clear understanding of the complexities and pressures facing the public sector delivering essential services to their communities.
